We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
  1. Shipping Rates:
a) Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of AUD $25 for standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days for delivery.
b) Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping at a flat rate of AUD $35. Express shipping typically takes 1-4 business days for delivery.

  1. Order Processing and Dispatch:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  1. Delivery Times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and other factors beyond our control. Indrani Silks cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

  1. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

  1. Customs and Duties:
As we only ship within Australia, customs and duties are not applicable to our orders.
